We would like to inform you about the new guidelines issued by the authorities regarding the hygiene and disinfection protocols of our hotel, in order to ensure the health and well-being of our guests at our facilities.

Health & Safety in Sunday Hotel

• Keeping physical distances in all hotel’s common areas (reception, corridors etc.).
• The use of hand sanitizer is recommended when entering and leaving the building.
• Frequent cleaning of touching surfaces and hotel’s common areas (reception, stairs, elevator etc.).
• It’s recommended to wear a face mask if using the elevator. Two adults are allowed to use the elevator per time.
• Restaurant follows exactly the distances required by the authorities for table placement.

Staff Training & Regulations

• Washing hands frequently and keeping physical distances from customers and other staff.
• Proper use of face mask and gloves. Thorough washing when removing the gloves.
• Regular cleaning and disinfection in all hotel’s areas.

Before Check-In

• It’s recommended that any communication between the visitors and the employees for the identification of the visitors as well as for their information regarding their stay will be done via e-mail to reduse contact time in Check In.
• Browsing our hotel services and events through the application that is available for free on iOS and Android.

Check In

• Check In after consultation to avoid overcrowding in the reception area
• Prolonged Check In and Check Out procedure between stays. Check Out (11:00) and Check In (15:00)so as to ensure proper cleaning, natural ventilation and disinfection of rooms between different customers.
• The use of mask is recommended.

Stay

• Housekeeping Upon Request.
• Not frequent cleaning during the stay.
• Abolition of daily change of towels and linen.
• No entry for non-residents.

Check Out

• We recommend doing all your payments via credit cards.
• Receipts and invoices will be sent via email.

Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε σχετικά με τα νέα μέτρα που λάβαμε καθώς και τα πρωτόκολλα υγιεινής και απολύμανσης, έτσι ώστε να διασφαλίσουμε την υγεἰα και την ευημερία των επισκεπτών μας στις εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου μας.

Γενικοί Κανόνες

• Τήρηση αποστάσεων σε κοινόχρηστους χώρους (reception, διάδρομοι κτλ)
• Σύσταση για χρήση ειδικού απολυμαντικού χεριών εργαζομένων και κοινού κατά την είσοδο και έξοδο από τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους.
• Συχνός καθαρισμός επιφανειών συχνής αφής, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των διαδρόμων, της σκάλας και του ανελκυστήρα.
• Μέγιστη χρἠση ανελκυστήρα (αν αυτὀ είναι απαραίτητο) από δύο ενήλικες με σύσταση χρήσης μάσκας προσώπου.
• Διαμόρφωση χώρου εστιατορίου ώστε να τηρούνται οι απαιτούμενες αποστάσεις.

Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού και κανονισμοί

• Τήρηση υγιεινής χεριών και σωματικών αποστάσεων (physical distancing) από τους πελάτες και το λοιπό προσωπικό.
• Ορθή χρήση μάσκας και γαντιών και σχολαστικό πλύσιμο των χεριών κατά την αφαίρεσή τους.
• Καθιερωμένους κύκλους καθαρισμού και απολύμανσης σε όλα τα σημεία.

Πριν την άφιξη

• Συνιστάται η όποια επικοινωνία μεταξύ των επισκεπτών και των εργαζομένων για την ταυτοποίηση καθώς και για την ενημέρωση σχετικά με τη διαμονή τους, να πραγματοποιείται ηλεκτρονικά, μέσω email για την μείωση του χρόνου επαφής κατά την άφιξη.
• Περιήγηση των επισκεπτών και ενημέρωση για τις υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου μέσω του application ‘Sunday Boutique Hotel’ που είναι διαθέσιμο δωρεάν για Ios και Android συσκευές.

Διαμονή

• Housekeeping Upon Request
• Μη συχνός καθαρισμός δωματίου κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής.
• Κατάργηση καθημερινής αλλαγής ιματισμού και πετσετών.
• Απαγόρευση εισόδου στα δωμάτια από μη διαμένοντες.

Check Out

• Συνιστάται η ηλεκτρονική πληρωμή μέσω POS.
• Οι αποδείξεις και τα τιμολόγια θα αποστέλλονται ηλεκτρονικά μέσω email.
